Couple’s 4 Night Sonoran Desert Getaway

Once you arrive to Phoenix, round-trip limo service will whisk you from the airport to the resort located just 20 minutes away. Included for your stay is the Mountain Vista Suite King offering 1,000 square feet of living space as a one-bedroom suite with one king bed and a sofa bed. The spacious suite includes a living-dining area with flat screen TV, wood-burning fireplace, sleek furniture and kitchen alcove. The luxurious bathroom features a glass-tiled shower, some with a separate bathtub. From your private outdoor balcony you can enjoy the Sonoran desert views. The resort also features a restaurant called Elements. The Executive Chef is none other than Chef Beau MacMillan, a Food Network star and celebrated chef known worldwide. Included in your package is dinner for two at Elements, including gratuity from the Prix Fixe menu.

Beyond your room lie several extras to make your stay truly special. Included in this package is a one-and-a-half hour private horseback riding tour through the desert, with pickup and drop off from the hotel. The guides will ride to your level, and offer lessons should you wish to have them – this is for any level rider, so if you’ve never been this is a great opportunity.

Also included is a romantic Hot Air Balloon ride over the desert at sunrise. This three to three-and-a-half hour tour includes a gourmet breakfast with chilled Champagne, or mimosas if you wish. A great way to explore with views no one else can touch.

Lastly, for the truly adventurous, we have also included a night Hummer tour through the desert. As 65% of the wildlife comes out at night – this is the best way to commune with Nature. This 4 hour tour includes transportation to and from the hotel, and also military-spec Nite Vision scopes so you can see what’s really going on out there. Halfway through the tour, they will also let you see through a Raytheon Thermal Imaging scope (a $10,000 scope!) that can show the body heat of wildlife from 500 meters away. Lastly, for the star gazer in all of us, the also tour includes a Celestron “Sky Scout”, personal planetarium scope with audio and visual readouts of any stars or planets your happen to be looking at.
